Hotel Mareny Benidorm

Oh, where do I start? After a long wait at reception, I was handed a smelly, hot room with a view of an air conditioning exhaust! The staff called a technician, but shouldn't a good hotel check these things beforehand? I almost thought about leaving a glowing review, but the basic breakfast and outdated decor ruined it for me.

a huge variety of food for breakfast, which was outstanding to satisfy everyone. the room we booked was beautifully decorated with a balcony, an excellent modern tiled bathroom & quiet hallways, as example, overall the experience was just perfect.

The location is great, a 15-minute walk from the train station. I have stayed in the twin room with a balcony. The staff is cheerful.

Inadequate room cooling made for uncomfortable stays!!! Need for room modernization is evident, especially with old furniture!!! Limited electrical outlets definitely don't cater to modern needs!!!

A combination of hits and misses

Fine rooftop pool area for sun worshippers, and staff were friendly, ensuring all extra requests were promptly addressed. The breakfast spread included pastries and fresh fruit!

Initial room temperature issues made for an uncomfortable start. Plus, the need for room updates was evident. Exhaust fans outside hindered any hope for fresh air at times!

The first room was a nightmare-so hot and stuffy, and no aircon remote. Then I got moved to a room with a remote and it was comfy with a nice balcony. Beds were super cozy, and everything was clean. The shower had solid water pressure too. No fridge in the room, but the vending machines were handy for snacks. Would've been a disaster if I stayed in that first room longer!

The mareny has a great location, just 10 minutes from the sea. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly. The rooftop pool was a nice touch for relaxation.

i recommend the stay, but the rooms could use some modernisation.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a friendly staff that helped us navigate our stay and enjoy the rooftop pool with a lovely space for relaxation after exploring the city, especially given its proximity to local attractions just a short walk away.

Our stay was lovely with a powerful shower and a balcony, perfect for some sun. Breakfast had great choices, but the air conditioning could be better.

The pools were great and perfect for lounging after a busy day at the nearby Low Festival Benidorm. We appreciated the friendly staff who helped us with our extra requests. Our family room was clean and cozy, just right for us and our pets.

My kids wished for more activities for children.
